	Robin Robin is Manager of Trans4mation Salon. Passionate about the hair industry, Robin loves meeting new people and getting to know them. Knowing that education is the key to success, Robin is up-to-date with the latest techniques and styles. A perfectionist by nature, Robin is precise in cutting hair and specializes in hair color. When not at the salon, Robin enjoys her family time and gardening.
	Michele, Salon Coordinator Michele is a licensed hair stylist but prefers her position as a Salon Coordinator. Exceeding expectations in quality customer service, Michele greets our clients with a warm, friendly smile. An experienced office professional, she manages the front desk with finesse, assuring that the needs of our clients are met. In her spare time, she enjoys family time with her husband, children, grand-daughter, and her puppy Stella.
	Meghan, Stylist Meghan graduated from the Lancaster School of Cosmetology with honors. Her extreme creativity is evident in her formal up-dos and dimensional color. Meghan also enjoys pampering her clients with Deluxe Pedicures for the ultimate spa/salon experience. You can expect a relaxing and enjoyable visit when you schedule with Meghan. When Meghan is not doing hair, she can be found coaching cheerleading. Meghan enjoys excitement and loves spending time with her Yorkie puppy, named Colby.
	Leighanne, Stylist Leighanne is a graduate of Empire Beauty School with 9 years in the hair industry. Passionate about people, Leighanne enjoys working and loves to make people feel beautiful and refreshed with a new look. Considering hair color an art, Leighanne specializes in creative hair color. Greeting all her clients with a warm, friendly smile, Leighanne welcomes new people to her chair.
	Brittany, Stylist Brittany is a graduate of Empire Beauty School and has been in the hair industry for 5 years. A true passion for the industry, Brittany enjoys making people look and feel their best. Brittany believes in honing her skills through advanced education classes. Her personal time is filled spending quality time with her family, friends, and boyfriend.
	Jennifer Harnish, Stylist Jen is all about her clients - with her personal approach and innate listening skills, Jen delivers the styles her clients want! A 2001 graduate of Empire Beauty School with advanced training in hair cutting and color techniques, Jen is committed to technical excellence. Specializing in dimensional color and cutting, coupled with an artistic flare, Jen will create a style that accentuates you! Exceeding her client’s expectations is Jen's ultimate goal. In Jen's spare time, she enjoys spending time with her boyfriend and hiking with her three dogs.
	Jacque, Salon Coordinator Jacque is as new to Lancaster as she is to our salon. Jacque enjoys meeting new people and loves seeing familiar faces at the salon. With an exceptional ability to build positive and lasting relationships, Jacque sets the warm, friendly tone of Trans4mation Salon. From the first moment Jacque greets a client, she will attend to their every need. Jacque's goal is to make sure your salon experience is pleasurable. During Jacque's downtime, she is busy getting ready for her first child, taking care of her puppies, spending time with her husband, and exploring her new hometown.
